Training Plan

EnTrust will train all the 11 DCs and the training programme has been developed in conjunction with the non-academic sector to equip fellows with skills (both technical and transferable) that are highly sought out by industry, thus equipping fellows for employment in the non-academic sector, academic sector and the emerging dual career paths between academia and industry.

The EnTrust Training Programme

All the Doctoral Candidates will actively participate in the EnTrust Training Programme.

The programme trainings have been structured and planned to keep in mind the broad horizon of the programme. EnTrust has established a list of international researchers and practitioners for the training events that are collaborating with consortium members. These candidates will be invited as part of the Entrust network-wide training to provide lectures and advice to DCs.

Below are some of the pillars of the holistic training program that has been designed by EnTrust.

Network-wide training events

Mandatory network-wide training events will be held twice annually and will include a mix of structured training elements, knowledge exchange (company visits, progress workshops and visiting researchers), DC presentations, research skills and thematic work.
